Can I cancel my order?

Cancelation can only be made between 1-5 business days after purchasing. After 5 business days , $75 will be deducted from your refund. Wig return are only granted after 48 hours of receiving your wig with the lace intact. $100 will be deducted from re due the work, time and money spent to complete your wig.

Due to the nature of the item, we ask that you inspect the unit thoroughly before cutting the lace. We cannot accept returns if the lace has been cut.
