1. Due to the nature of this product, we kindly ask that you inspect the unit thoroughly before cutting the lace. We cannot accept returns if the lace has been cut. Please ensure you are ordering the correct item by reviewing the product description carefully before completing your purchase. We accept returns within 48 hours of receiving the unit, provided the lace remains intact.
2. If there is a mistake or manufactures' defect, we will take steps to have the issue rectified or replaced the item after receiving item within 48 hours via email at KAYKAYCUSTOMWIGS@GMAIL.COM
